Lizzie is studying a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, Australia with major studies in Finance, Economics and Spanish, and a minor in International Relations. She is currently completing her final year of study whilst located in Latin America; the first six months of which has been spent in Santiago, Chile. Next year she will be embarking on her career in Finance as a Graduate in the Fixed Income section of Citi.
She has been involved in various volunteer organisations over the past five years, including leadership roles as President and Treasurer of the Melbourne University Water Polo Club. She has a strong interest in developmental economics and South American politics. She enjoys travelling, reading and socializing. She hopes that her strong organisational skills, passionate personality and energy will help Co-operation 21 achieve new heights in its future projects.
As Sponsorship and Finance Officer of Co-operation 21, Lizzie will be working on various projects both in Australia and Latin America. Her efforts so far include the drafting and design of the Latin American Community Involvement Scholarship (LACIS) and initiating a new membership scheme for the organisation (soon to be released).
