C21Teams
Co-operation 21's teams are a way of splitting the organisation's responsibilities and roles, to ensure that none of the important facets of Co-operation 21 are neglected. However, this does not mean that the teams are individual and separate from each other. Teams colaborate on events and tasks, and provide support and encouragement for each other and for all members of the organisation. Team leaders meet on a regular basis to discuss the teams' progress; to offer ideas and suggestions for upcoming events and tasks that need attention; and also to bring up responsibilities that need addressing.
Yet the teams are not set in concrete; Co-operation 21 welcomes any ideas about creating new teams. If you have an idea for a team not yet established, and are prepared to create this team yourself, send a proposal to us directly.
